Backed by decades of peer-reviewed research on mnemonic learning.
The experiments compare the keyword method with various control procedures for learning a Spanish vocabulary. In all cases, the keyword method proved to be highly effective, yielding in one experiment a final test score of 88% correct for the keyword group compared to 28% for the control group.
The keyword method produced superior recall and comprehension both immediately and after 1 week in ESL classrooms.
The keyword group performed significantly better than the traditional group in the delayed recall test.
The results observed here add to the research findings that show that the keyword method is a useful procedure for acquisition of vocabulary in FL learning.
Besides research supporting this method, here's what some of our users have said about Keymagine.

Im still thinking about the surfing egg, the vacuuming cow, the sky ceiling , the catching soup thing. They’re actually memorable.
Loving this app so far!! It really makes learning new vocab faster and easier than any other way. Really worth trying!!!
I tried it and the words I went over I remembered quite well, especially the images.

I don’t think I could have learnt so many words in such a short period of time otherwise.
So much fun. It's amazing how well it works and does exactly what it claims. It has a great sense of humour. Can't wait to see how far I get with Spanish and hopefully German and advanced French in the future.
I usually really struggle to learn things by heart, but with mnemonics it stuck way easier right away!
